Our Conditions

We reserve the right to bath and or worm any animal that we consider needs it and bill the owner for same. A hydrobath and blow-dry is normal procedure at this kennel and is not charged for unless additional treatments are required. Pets that are manageable will also be brushed free of charge.

Pet Doctor Arrangements

If we are of the opinion that the animal requires the attention of a veterinarian, we will engage our choice of vet unless other arrangements have been made. All fees and charges in connection with the treatment will be payable by the owner or agent of the animal.   

Please let us know if your dog has any difficult behavioural traits eg: tends to be aggressive when handled by strangers etc.

A small surcharge may be required if a dog or cat proves to be extraordinarily difficult.

Good care and attention will be given to all animals left at the kennels, however, we do not accept any liability or responsibility for any sickness or disease any animal may contract, or loss or death of any animal whilst the animal is in these kennels.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any pet which we consider is in the best interests of the kennels without giving a cause.
